Reportagram Privacy Policy

Last Updated: January 20, 2026

Overview

Reportagram provides reporting automation for marketing teams. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data when you connect data sources and deliver reports.

Data We Collect

We collect account identifiers, report configurations, and read-only marketing insight data from connected platforms such as Meta Ads. We also store basic profile information such as your email address.

How We Use Data

We request read-only access to marketing insights only to generate performance reports. We do not use data from Meta APIs to develop, train, or improve any Artificial Intelligence (AI) models or machine learning systems.

We do not sell user data or marketing insights to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

Data Minimization

We request read-only access to advertising insights and basic Google profile information (name and email) when required for authentication. We do not request write permissions for ads or spend changes.

Access Revocation

Users can revoke Reportagram’s access to their Meta data at any time via the "Apps and Websites" settings in their Facebook profile.

Messenger Disclosure

Report data is transmitted to Telegram for delivery. In the future, delivery may include WhatsApp or other messaging channels when enabled by you.

Third-Party Stack

We use Supabase for database and authentication services and Lemon Squeezy for payment processing. These providers process data solely to deliver the Reportagram service.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide reporting. You can delete all stored Chat IDs and Ad Account IDs by deleting your account in the dashboard or by emailing support@reportagram.com.

Security

We apply standard security practices to protect stored tokens and report configurations. Access is restricted to authorized systems.
