- How does the 7-day trial work?
- Pick any plan and start a 7-day trial. We require a card to prevent abuse, but you won't be charged until day 8. Cancel anytime during the trial and the card stays untouched.
- What counts as an ad account?
- Each Meta ad account Reportagram watches for you. Every account can have up to 10 reports (daily, weekly, monthly, to different chats), so one account is never limited to one report.
- Does connecting a CRM cost extra?
- No. CRM is included on every plan: Solo connects 1, Business 3, Pro 10 (amoCRM, Bitrix24 and HubSpot together). Reports that only use your CRM don't count as ad accounts.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- What's your refund policy?
- Cancel anytime; remaining unused time is prorated and refunded to your original payment method.
- Do prices include tax?
- Prices shown are net. Tax is added at checkout based on your billing country (VAT in EU, sales tax in applicable US states). EU businesses with a valid VAT ID get reverse-charge treatment.
- I'm on a previous plan — do my prices change?
- No. Existing subscribers keep their current price and limits forever. New v2 pricing applies only to new signups and to existing customers who choose to upgrade.
- Do I get invoices?
- Yes, automatically — a tax-compliant invoice is issued for every charge and sent to your billing email.
