Data Deletion Instructions

Method 1: Automatic

Delete your account in the Reportagram dashboard. This immediately removes all data stored for it: your connections and their access tokens, report settings and history, chat and ad account IDs, CRM lead records, and lead-to-ad pairs from Meta lead ads.

Method 2: Manual

To request manual data deletion, email support@reportagram.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process and confirm your request within 48 hours.

Method 3: Platform

You can also remove the app integration in Facebook's "Apps and Websites" settings, and remove the Reportagram app from your amoCRM, Bitrix24 or HubSpot account. To delete the data Reportagram already stored, use Method 1 or 2.
